    Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

    1. Eligibility:
      • The Loyalty Card is available to all clients of Nightingale Polyclinic.
      • Each client is entitled to one Loyalty Card only. The card is non-transferable and has no cash value.
    2. Earning Stamps:
      • Clients will receive one stamp per qualifying session.
      • A qualifying session is defined as a treatment session with a minimum billing of AED 1,000 (exclusive of discounts, packages, or promotional offers).
      • Only one stamp per visit will be issued, regardless of the number of treatments availed.
      • Stamps must be collected at the time of payment; retrospective claims will not be accepted.
    3. Reward:
      • After completing five (5) qualifying sessions, the client is entitled to an AED 500 discount on the 6th session.
      • The AED 500 discount:
        • Is valid only for the treatment undertaken during the 6th session.
        • Cannot be split across multiple visits.
        • Cannot be redeemed for cash, products, or carried forward to future sessions.
    4. Validity:
      • The Loyalty Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
      • Any unused stamps or unclaimed discounts will be forfeited after the expiry date.
    5. Lost or Damaged Cards:
      • In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged card, clients may request a replacement at the clinic’s discretion.
      • Stamps on lost or damaged cards cannot be transferred.
    6. General Conditions:
      • The Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, packages, or discounts unless explicitly permitted by the clinic.
      • The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice. Such changes may apply to existing cardholders.
      • The clinic is not liable for any technical errors, miscommunication, or stamp issuance errors beyond its control.
      • Minimal personal information may be collected to administer the program. This will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
      • By using the Loyalty Card, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
